Foundation Test Group, Inc. (FTG) is committed to the safety and health of our employees and the individuals working on our projects. Our highest priority is to protect and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all personnel on our job sites and in our offices. The FTG Corporate Safety and Health Program, Rock Solid Safety, RxS, or our prescription for safety outlines the FTG policies, programs, and procedures necessary to achieve and maintain this paramount objective. All work will be performed with strict adherence to the applicable federal, state and local regulations [including the United States Department of Labor and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 1910 and 1926] to our work and NAIC classification. Although many of the OSHA regulations do not pertain to our small geotechnical engineering consulting company, the FTG Safety Manual was prepared as a guidance document, inclusive of exposures common to our industry, for every employee to be supported in workplace safety matters with the training and tools to promote self-safety and the safety of others daily. The protective measures employed will be commensurate with the hazards associated with specific work activities and job tasks.
Foundation Test Group, Inc. makes every effort to provide its employees and subcontractors with a safe and healthful workplace environment by implementing the processes which govern a safe work environment and safe work practices.
Overall, FTG management is committed, but not limited to:
- Preventing incidental injury, occupational illness and property damage;
