Our team is on site to perform quality assurance testing for drilled shafts in the two abutments for a new bridge located on PennDOT’s ECMS 67185 SR 3020, Freedom Road over Interstate 76 in Butler County, Pennsylvania.

FTG is performing both Crosshole Sonic Logging (CSL) and Thermal Integrity Profile (TIP) testing for McCrossin Foundations. Testing is being performed to test the uniformity of the concrete placed for the shaft foundations, to ensure zero-defect construction. With FTG’s timely delivered services and competent quality control, the schedule was enhanced and overall project value delivered.
